2024 Local Remodeler of the Year Award Winner
Transforming a deteriorating deck with limited use to a multi-functional outdoor living space fulfilled the homeowner’s vision. The scale, design and components give the client an inviting space for family and friends to cook, eat, relax while being outside.
2023 Local and 2024 Regional Contractor of the Year Award Winner.
This project transformed a backyard viewed by the homeowners as a chore into a true outdoor living space for dining and entertaining. Several safety concerns are addressed for the homeowners and their grandchildren, and using maintenance-free products gives them time to enjoy it.
2023 National and Regional Contractor of the Year Award Winner.
This deck project turned little-used yard space into a functional, family-friendly outdoor living area. A new door replaced a window providing access to the deck that includes attached stairs for safe, easy access to the backyard and LED lighting for evening gatherings. The new space provides a spot for grilling, relaxing, entertaining and enjoying a once-forgotten part of the yard.

We recreated this home’s hundred year old front porch solving many long standing issues. We recreated the original railing design using custom Azek railing.
2023 Local Contractor of the Year Award Winner.
This was a unique project, the customers needed an outdoor room for entertaining large groups of people, specifically for Packer games. It was immediately noticed that an attached room would not work well due to the existing roof lines. We needed locate the room in a place that would interfere with the kitchen windows views. Together we came up with this design to meet all of their needs.
2021 NARI Regional Contractor of the Year Award Winner
This front entry trellis project adds several significant and much needed improvements to the home on which it was built. These improvements include constructing an aesthetically pleasing trellis that was part of the original house plan over a new front entrance walkway to provide definition, lighting and protection from the elements at the front door. It also includes replacing the uneven walkway and non-uniform stairs at the front door with a walkway from the circle drive to the house and a zero clearance entrance. Guests are now drawn to the now clearly defined front entrance, which is noticeable as the main entry way.

This beautiful outdoor living space went from basic to brilliant! Trex Transcend decking and Signature railing were chosen for their high quality and maintenance free nature. New stair design aids in the safety of the structure. The patio adds a second beautiful gathering place for the client’s family and friends.
2020 NARI Contractor of the Year Award Winner
This award winning project is a one of a kind backyard escape. Featuring Trex decking and KeyLink cable railing for minimal maintenance, this outdoor living space has everything you need for relaxing, dining and entertaining. The screen porch has large screen panels to create an open feel, with reclaimed barn wood on the interior. Overhead heating elements and a fire table extend the usability of this space into the cooler months. Custom mahogany sliding doors save space and add a modern look. The deck framing was built with Trex Rain Escapes to create a dry space underneath. This project won a 2020 NARI Contractor of the Year award.
